★ Stable air pressure
Due to the stepless speed regulation feature of the frequency converter, screw air compressors with variable frequency drives can achieve smooth startup through the coller or the PID regulator inside the frequency converter; for applications with large fluctuations in air consumption, it can provide rapid regulation and response. Compared with on-off control of fixed-frequency operation, re stability is improved exponentially.

★ The AC power supply voltage adaptability is superior
Due to the over-modulation technology employed by the variable frequency drive, sufficient torque can still be output ve the motor even when the AC power supply voltage is slightly low; furthermore, it will not cause the output voltage to the motor to be excessively high when the voltage is slightly hn self-power generation scenarios, the advantages of variable frequency drive are even more pronounced. Based on the V/F characteristics of the motor (variable frequency air compressors operate below rated voltage whnergy-saving mode), the effect is significant in sites with low grid voltage.
★ Low noise
Most operating conditions of the variable frequency system are below rated speed, reducing mechanical noise and wear of the main unit, thereby extending maintenance intervals and sice life. If the fan also uses variable frequency drive, it can significantly reduce the noise during the operation of the air compressor.
